We and this website complies to the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and already comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which comes into affect from May 2018. This policy will be updated accordingly after the completion of the UK's exit from the European Union.

Your data will be stored electronically on the data processor of choice (currently Mailchimp) and will only be held for 3 years, after which they will be deleted. If you would like to continue to receive emails past those 3 years you will need to re-subscribe to this list. An email reminder will be sent to you in advance. Your email will be used to get in touch with you in regards to project updates, new releases and limited offers by email only.
